Group Visit Registration Request

To help us provide a consistent and welcoming experience for all visiting groups, we have introduced a new scheduling model with designated visit dates, times, and itineraries. We recognize that many schools and community organizations are eager to introduce their students to the college experience and explore specific fields of study. Bentley is pleased to offer group visits when campus resources and availability allow.

We understand that the available dates and itineraries may not meet every group’s needs. If none of the listed options work for your group, please contact ugadmission@bentley.edu. While we cannot guarantee that alternative arrangements will be available, our team will be happy to review your request.

Please review the following information before submitting a request:

• Group visits are offered on select Mondays and Thursdays through predetermined time slots and itineraries. Please select from the available options on the calendar below.
• Each visit option will clearly outline the itinerary we are able to accommodate. All group visits include a campus tour and the option of a meal provided. Select offerings may also include a 30-minute information session.
  • Mondays:
    • Arrival: 10:30am
    • Lunch, provided by Bentley: 11am
    • Information Session: 12pm
    • Campus Tour: 12:30pm-2pm
  • Thursdays:
    • Arrival: 10:30am
    • Campus Tour: 11am
    • Lunch: 12:30pm
• Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
• Group visits are available for high school juniors and seniors and prospective transfer students.
• This form is intended for groups of 10 or more students. Groups of nine or fewer should register for one of the programs available on our visit page. If you are an individual student planning to visit campus, even if you will be accompanied by family members or friends, please explore the programs available on our visit page rather than completing this form.
• We are unable to accommodate group visits on weekends or University holidays.

Our team will review your request and contact you within two to three business days to confirm your visit or request any additional information needed to finalize the arrangements.
