Arts leaders are responsible for all activities associated with the creation, running, and ultimately closing of an artistic production. This includes engaging in entrepreneurial activities to create and fund a production; networking across various stakeholders; marketing, sales, and financial management to run the production, and working with various unions. The performing arts is a business. Come hear from Professor Conwell Worthington III discuss how Bentley is a place to explore the intersection of business and the Arts. Professor Conwell will also speak to the Arts climate on campus as he is the faculty advisor to the Off The Clock: A Cappella Group (our student-run a cappella group).
