Economics provides students with an understanding of both the economic principles that underlie business decisions and the environment in which all businesses operate. At Bentley, you have the ability to choose from 3 different economic majors that will allow you to gain an in-depth understanding of currency systems, monetary theory and consumer behavior and learn how markets function at both the micro (individual) and macro (national or global) levels. You will be given the chance to explore mathematical models and statistical techniques you’ll use to interpret economic data, issues and trends.
