To be eligible for Yellow Ribbon Funds in an academic year, you must have submitted a Notice of Basic Eligibility (NOBE) from the VA showing 100% eligibility for Chapter 33 Benefits, your Chapter 33 Benefits must have been exhausted for the year, and you must have charges remaining not covered by your Chapter 33 Benefits. Please note, Yellow Ribbon funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are renewable each year.
